Overview:

8 Days Tour from Tangier to Marrakech ; You will visit the south east of Morocco and its treasure berber villages, Ziz valley of palmtrees, Aitbenhaddou kasbah in Ouarzazate, and a camel trekking excursion in the sahara desert by spending the night under a luxury camp with a private tent. This tour will take you from Tangier to Marrakech and includes a guided tour of Chefchaouen, Meknes, and Fes.

Tour Plan :

DAY 1: TANGER TO CHEFCHAOUEN:

On the first day of your trip, we will meet you at the port or at the airport, and then we will drive through the Rif mountains, passing through the city of Tetoun so that you can enjoy the views of the beautiful mountains, and then we will arrive in Chefchaouen, which is one of the impressive villages at the foot of the Rif mountains. Before continuing on our journey to Fez,

where we will spend the night in a Moroccan riad, we will have lunch in the square of the Chefchaouen medina, which was designed in the manner of Spain and was surrounded by a number of art and craft stores, restaurants, and cafés on the rooftop.

DAY 2: CHEFCHAOUEN – VOLUBILIS – MEKNES – FES:

After you have finished breakfast at the riad, we will begin our journey to Volubilis, traveling through Wazan and many other towns in the Rif region. When we arrive, we will see the Roman remains and learn about the archaeological site that is significant to Moroccan history. To the city of Meknes, where we will have a stop for lunch, linger around the enormous historical walls of the medina,

have a visit to the sanctuary of moulay ismail, and enjoy hanging around the bab el mansour. Following our exploration of Meknes, we will go immediately to the city of Fez, where we will check into our riad for the evening.

DAY 3: DISCOVERING FES:

Following breakfast at your riad, you will start your exploration of the oldest city in Morocco by wandering through the city’s winding lanes. Our tour will take us to the entrance of the Royal Palace, the headquarters of the Jewish community, and the first Mellah to be constructed in Morocco, which dates back to the sixteenth century.

We will make it a point to take you to all of the cultural and historical landmarks in the area, such as the renowned Al Qaraouine University, which is the oldest in the area, the tanneries, the Attarine museum, and the Mulay Idriss tomb. Following lunch, you will get the opportunity to take in a breathtaking vista of the whole Medina of Fez.

FES, IFRANE, MIDELT, AND MERZOUGA ON THE FOURTH DAY:

Following breakfast at your accommodation, you will check out and begin your journey to Merzouga. En route, you will stop in Errachidia and Erfoud. You will journey across the picturesque Tiz Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz valley, taking in views of the High Atlas plateau. As you get closer to the town of Errachidia, you will observe how the scenery transforms to expose desert trails.

Here, you will eat lunch and experience the Berber hospitality. After that, you will journey through the lush Ziz Valley, making many stops along the way to take in the breathtaking scenery along Erfoud and Rissani. Merzouga is reached in the afternoon upon arrival. You will go to the desert camp on the back of a peaceful camel, where you will spend the night listening to Berber music and surfing sand dunes.

DAY 5: MERZOUGA – GORGES DE TODRA – VALLE DE DADES:

We will wake up bright and early to see the breathtaking sunrise over the sand dunes of the Sahara, and then we will ride camels all the way back to our guest home, where we will have breakfast and then take a shower. After that, we will go across the mountains that are located in Saghro. After arriving in the Todra Canyon, where we will have a typical Moroccan lunch, we will then take a brief stroll through the gorge on our way to the Dades Valley, where we will have supper and accommodations for the night.

DAY 6: DADES VALLEY – OUARZAZATE – KASBAH AIT BEN HADDOU – MARRAKECH:

Following breakfast, we will make our way to Ouarzazate and Kalaa M’gouna through the Dades Valley. The road to the one thousand kasbahs is by the route that goes through the Dades Valley. It will provide you with a great deal of possibilities to snap some of the most memorable photographs of the trip. Lunch will be served in the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, which is the biggest Kasbah in Morocco.

It was constructed by T-hami El Glaoui, one of the last Berber caciques of the early 20th century, and it was one of his stops on the lengthy trek from the Sahara to Marrakech. The kasbah is now recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. After that, we will take a different route that will take us over the high Atlas Mountains, which are filled with breathtaking vistas and charming Berber settlements, all the way up to Marrakech. Spend the night at one of the riads in the Medina.

DAY 7: VISIT THE CITY OF MARRAKECH:

Following breakfast at the riad, you are free to begin exploring Marrakech, well known as “the red city of Morocco.” We will make sure that you visit the historical locations that are the most significant to you. And sites of cultural significance, such as the gardens at the Majorelle. The tower of Koutoubia, the Saadian tombs, and the Bahia palace are all must-sees. You may go around the souks and observe hundreds of different types of crafts after having lunch at one of the restaurants that are located close to the plaza. You will spend the rest of the day at your own to explore the rest of the city at your own pace.

DAY 8: MARRAKECH – AIRPORT:
